A general purpose TCP/IP driver for the Tandem.

From the Tandem.

Allows any Tandem program to communicate with any TCP/IP address/port (URL) as easily as if it were a local process, file or device. Open the TCPIPDR process and communicate normally (write/writeread/read).

To the Tandem.

Any program that can access the TCP/IP address of the Tandem (URL) can read or write to any Tandem process, device, or file, or send transactions to any Tandem Pathway server.
